As the Inpatient Coding Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for driving accurate, compliant inpatient coding across our integrated healthcare delivery system.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll champion coding excellence, optimize reimbursement outcomes, and shape the future of our data quality initiatives.

You'll combine deep expertise in coding regulations, HIPAA compliance, and case mix index analysis with your ability to inspire and develop a talented coding team while maintaining exceptional DNFB performance.
