Supervisor

Arctic Circle is looking for a dependable, team-focused Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and leads by example to ensure great service and smooth operations.

Supervisors play a key role in supporting management and maintaining the high standards that help us “More Than Satisfy” every guest.

As a Supervisor, you will help oversee daily operations and team performance, including:

Assisting with hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members

Supervising and directing employee work during shifts

Ensuring food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards are consistently met

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant

Engaging with guests to ensure a positive dining experience

Working in various restaurant positions as needed to support the team

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
