KUWAIT STEEL is seeking a Security Supervisor I (Kuwaiti National) in Qatif, Saudi Arabia to assist in supervising security operations, scheduling shifts, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Security Supervisor in supervising and coordinating the activities of the security team.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, tasks, and patrols to ensure optimal coverage and security effectiveness.
- Support security operations, including access control and monitoring.
- Assist in maintaining a visible and vigilant security presence to deter and detect security breaches.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, following the guidance of the Security Supervisor.
- Support in coordinating the response to incidents and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma certification
- At least 5 years of experience in security position, Ministry of Interior, Army or similar entity
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to stay composed and make rational decisions in high pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology
