Position Summary

Support employee relations, HR issue resolution, recruitment compliance, employee records, and HR program communications.

Assist management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee relations issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Support management and leadership in resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for legal and company-policy compliance.
  • Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assist with annual employee survey logistics, administration, and scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time, non-management position at the Central Area District location in Madinah.
