Position Summary

Support employee relations, Human Resources administration, recruitment compliance, employee records, HR programs, and management requests.

Location and Schedule

Human Resources Support

  • Monitor and track employee relations issues and assist management with resolving Human Resources matters.
  • Respond to employee and management questions about company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information about employee relations, activities, personnel policies, and programs.

Recruitment and Records

  • Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and standards.
  • Review and maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 records.
  • Assist with annual employee survey logistics, administration, and scheduling.

Employee Administration

  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages, and enter or locate work-related information using computers or point of sale systems.
  • Follow company, safety, and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality.

Guest and Team Interaction

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Develop positive working relationships, listen and respond to employee concerns, and support the team in reaching common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • At least one year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • No license or certification is specified.
