Position Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor supports employee relations, HR issue resolution, recruitment compliance, personnel records, employee communications, and HR administration.
The role assists management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee coaching.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full time and not located remotely.
- The role is based at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
- Support management and leadership with Human Resources issues.
- Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for legal and company-policy compliance.
- Respond to HR questions and concerns from employees and management.
- Disseminate information about employee relations, activities, policies, and programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Assist with annual employee survey logistics, administration, and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow safety and security procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality and use computers or point-of-sale systems for work-related information.
- Welcome guests, communicate professionally, and develop positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is listed.
