- Participate in managing and monitoring employee relations issues, including resolution and follow up
- Assist management in handling and resolving human resources issues
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national laws and company policies
- Inform HR management of employee relations issues
- Answer questions and address concerns from employees and management regarding HR programs and policies
- Ensure all personnel records and files are up to date
- Participate in planning and logistics for annual employee surveys
- Answer telephone calls and take messages
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities
- Participer à la gestion/au suivi des problèmes relationnels entre employés, notamment à leur résolution et au suivi.
- Assister et aider la direction et les responsables à gérer et résoudre les problèmes de ressources humaines.
- Contrôler tous les processus d'embauche et de recrutement afin de s'assurer de leur conformité à la législation locale, régionale et nationale ainsi qu'aux politiques et standards de la compagnie.
- Informer la direction des ressources humaines des problèmes relationnels des employés.
- Répondre aux questions, demandes et problèmes des employés et de la direction en ce qui concerne les programmes, politiques et directives de la chaîne et du service des ressources humaines.
- Informer les employés sur les relations employeurs/employés, sur les activités proposées aux employés et sur les programmes et politiques concernant le personnel.
- Vérifier et garantir la mise à jour de tous les dossiers et fichiers du personnel (par ex. documents d'entretien, I 9).
- Participer à la planification, à la gestion et à l'organisation logistique des enquêtes annuelles menées auprès des employés.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre des messages.
- Aider la direction à embaucher, former, planifier, évaluer, conseiller, rappeler les règles de disciplines, motiver et accompagner les employés.
- Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la compagnie et signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable.
- Respecter la confidentialité des informations propres à l'hôtel.
Qualifications Recommandées
- Niveau d'études: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.
- Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d'expérience de travail connexe.
- Expérience de supervision: Au moins 1 an d'expérience de supervision.
- Permis ou Certification: Aucune
