Job Overview
- Participate in managing and monitoring employee relations issues, including resolution and follow up.
- Assist management in handling HR issues, control hiring and recruitment processes for compliance.
- Inform HR management of employee relations issues, answer questions regarding HR programs and policies.
Responsibilities
- Verify and ensure all personnel records and files are up to date.
- Participate in planning and logistics of annual employee surveys.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow all safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel information.
- Greet and receive guests according to brand standards.
- Use clear and courteous language in all communications.
- Develop positive professional relationships with peers.
- Enter and retrieve information using computers and/or POS systems.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23 kg.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No certification required.
