Position Summary
Support employee relations issues, HR issue resolution, recruitment compliance, employee records, surveys, and HR program communications.
Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management and maintain accurate personnel files.
Answer phone calls, record messages, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor employee relations issues and follow up on their resolution.
- Support management and leadership with human resources issues.
- Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for legal and policy compliance.
- Maintain employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Assist with annual employee survey logistics, administration, and scheduling.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships.
- Use computers and point of sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- No license or certification is required.
Work Arrangement
- The position is located at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
- The schedule is full time.
- The role is not designated as remote.
