Position Information

Housekeeping Operations

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, and other spaces after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare room-availability reports, verify room status, resolve discrepancies, prioritize cleaning, and update departing-guest room status.
• Assist with daily housekeeping activities and coordinate efforts with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare and communicate assignment-sheet or work-board changes, communicate issues to the next shift, and complete paperwork.

People and Compliance

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development.
• Follow company safety and quality policies, report maintenance or safety issues, and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company information and property, and support coworkers with dignity and respect.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or GED equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience are listed as desirable.
• The role requires clear professional communication, computer use, visual inspection, manual dexterity, and the ability to work across confined, uneven, inclined, or elevated areas.
• The role requires standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, climbing stairs or ramps, and lifting up to 55 pounds independently or heavier items with assistance.
• The role requires pushing and pulling loaded maintenance carts and related equipment across inclined or uneven surfaces.
