Position details

Housekeeping Supervisor in the Housekeeping & Laundry department.

Full-time, non-management position at King Fahad Road in Riyadh.

The position is not remote.

Housekeeping operations

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, the pool, and other spaces after cleaning.
  • Prepare room-availability reports and verify room status and discrepancies.
  • Prioritize cleaning and update the status of departing guests' rooms.
  • Coordinate Housekeeping activities with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
  • Prepare and communicate changes to assignment sheets or work boards.
  • Communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork.

Employee support and coordination

  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
  • Support daily Housekeeping activities and coordinate departmental efforts.
  • Document and resolve room discrepancies with the Front Desk.

Desired qualifications

  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Work capabilities

  • Complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Lift up to 55 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
  • Work for extended periods while standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, bending, and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and other people.

Safety and physical expectations

  • Follow company safety, security, privacy, uniform, appearance, and quality-assurance standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries.
  • Use computers or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work information.
