Position Overview

Housekeeping Operations

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, and other spaces after cleaning.
• Prepare availability reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies, and prioritize room cleaning.
• Update the status of departing guest rooms and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk.
• Prepare and communicate changes to assignment sheets or work boards.
• Complete paperwork and communicate outstanding issues to the next shift.

Team Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Support colleagues, promote dignity and respect, and help the team achieve common goals.
• Maintain quality assurance expectations and standards.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow company safety policies and report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, and injuries.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance and protect company information and property.

Physical and Technical Duties

• Use computers or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines for defects and verify information visually.
• Move, lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment and objects, including loaded maintenance carts.
• Stand, walk, kneel, climb stairs, and work on uneven, slippery, narrow, or elevated surfaces.

Desirable Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
• At least one year of related work experience is desirable.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is listed as desirable.

Workplace

• The role is based at a hotel property on King Fahad Road in Riyadh.
• The work requires frequent movement throughout guest rooms, public areas, service spaces, and other hotel facilities.
