Position Information

Housekeeping Operations

  • Inspect rooms, public areas, the pool, and other areas after housekeeping work to ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare occupancy reports, verify room status, identify unsuitable rooms, prioritise cleaning, and update departing guest room status.
  • Assist housekeeping management with daily activities and coordinate with engineering, front desk, and laundry.
  • Document and resolve unsuitable-room issues and communicate assignment-sheet or schedule changes.
  • Report unresolved issues to the next shift and perform required administrative tasks.

Supervision and Service

  • Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to guest and employee concerns using clear and courteous communication.
  • Support colleagues, treat others with dignity and respect, and help the team achieve common goals.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Secondary-school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No permit or certification is listed as required in the source qualifications.

Safety and Physical Requirements

  • Follow safety policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete required safety training.
  • Lift and carry objects up to 25 kg without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
