Position Summary

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool after housekeeping service to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Assist housekeeping management with daily activities and coordinate work with engineering, front desk, and laundry departments.

Support management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.

Housekeeping Operations

  • Prepare reports on rented rooms, verify room statuses, identify unsuitable rooms, and prioritize room cleaning.
  • Update guest departure room statuses and document and resolve unsuitable-room issues with the front desk.
  • Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes to assignment sheets and schedules.
  • Report unresolved issues to the next team and complete required administrative tasks.

Safety and Service

  • Follow company safety policies and report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, and injuries.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance and protect confidential company information and assets.
  • Support colleagues with dignity and respect and help the team achieve common goals.
  • Respond appropriately to guest and employee concerns using clear and courteous communication.

Systems and Physical Work

  • Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and retrieve work-related information.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and machines and perform work requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 kilograms without assistance and move loaded housekeeping carts.
  • Work in confined or elevated spaces and on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; climb stairs and service ramps.

Recommended Qualifications

  • A secondary school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • At least one year of related work experience is recommended.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is recommended.
  • No license or certification is required.

  • The position is located at a property in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
