Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospitality and cleaning operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Supervise cleaning and hospitality teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Coordinate schedules, manage supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Resolve service issues and support staff training
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet service level expectations
Requirements
- Experience supervising hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning teams in facilities management or related environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to plan and manage staff schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to hospitality and cleaning
- Proven ability to handle operational challenges and maintain service quality
- Proficiency in basic reporting, record keeping, and use of standard office or facility management software
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE facilities management sector is an advantage
- Relevant vocational training or diploma in hospitality management, facilities management, or related field preferred
- Ability to work on site full time and adapt to changing operational requirements

- The Supervisor – Hospitality & Cleaning is responsible for overseeing daily hospitality and cleaning operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across client facilities.
