About the Role

- Respond to all guest questions and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
- Provide guests with information on amenities, services, room features, areas of interest, and local activities
- Respond to requests for special arrangements or services (spa, transportation, religious services, childcare, financial services, business center, interpretation, reservations, dry cleaning, entertainment/sports events, shopping) by making arrangements with appropriate vendors
- Contact the appropriate person or department to resolve guest requests
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve service performance
- Assign and ensure tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards
