Responsibilities

  • Respond to all guest questions and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Provide guests with information on amenities, services, room features, areas of interest, and local activities.
  • Respond to requests for special arrangements or services (spa, transportation, religious services, childcare, financial services, business center, interpretation, reservations, dry cleaning, entertainment/sports events, shopping) by making arrangements with appropriate vendors.
  • Contact the appropriate person or department to resolve guest requests.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve service performance.
  • Assign and ensure tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
