  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, services, room features, and local activities
  • Arrange special services (spa, transportation, religious services, childcare, etc.)
  • Contact appropriate person or department to resolve guest requests
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement ideas and procedures
  • Assign tasks and ensure completion on time and to quality standards

Recommended Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related work experience: At least 1 year
  • Supervisory experience: At least 1 year
