Position Summary

  • Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Supply guests with information about property amenities and local attractions.
  • Arrange special services such as spa, transportation, or babysitting.
  • Collaborate with management to improve department performance.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
