Position Summary
- Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure requests are met.
- Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
- Supply guests with information on property amenities, services, and local areas.
- Respond to requests for special arrangements or services by identifying appropriate providers.
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest requests.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop ideas and procedures to improve department performance.
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs.
- Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents accurately.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations; identify ways to increase efficiency.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
