- Conduct onboarding, coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
- Oversee appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and policy adherence.
- Support achievement of sales targets by promoting retail products and services.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, retail sales, client retention, and staff productivity.
- Coordinate staff schedules, leave planning, and shift coverage.

Job Overview
