Role overview
Guidehouse is hiring a Supervisor for its India GIC General team.
The role manages AML workstreams, Team Leads, performance, service levels, quality, escalations, and operational reporting.
What you will do
- Manage Team Leads and their combined pods through clear expectations and regular one-on-ones.
- Own segment-level SLA, aging, and quality metrics across AML workstreams.
- Resolve complex Transaction Monitoring alerts and escalations requiring judgment beyond Team Lead level.
- Run calibration sessions with Quality Assurance for alerts, EDD assessments, and SAR quality.
- Plan rosters, leave, and capacity to maintain SLA coverage.
- Translate regulatory, typology, and policy updates into revised SOPs and floor communications.
- Conduct performance reviews, PIPs, and coaching plans for Team Leads and analysts.
- Present segment dashboards covering volume, aging, quality, attrition, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Training on queries, policy interpretation, and escalations.
Required experience
- 10 or more years of AML or financial crime compliance operations experience.
- At least 2 years of direct supervision of teams or Team Leads.
- Strong Transaction Monitoring experience covering alert investigation, disposition quality, and typology-based decisioning.
