- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment
- Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc.
- Identify, locate, and operate all shut off valves
- Order, mark, and store parts and supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory and purchase order log
- Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Enter and locate work related information using computers
- Operate forklift
- Complete life safety checklist including fire pump and generator tests
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems
- Assist in developing disaster response protocols
- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests
Requirements
- Diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational school
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities
- Instalar, mantener y realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, así como recomendar el reemplazo de herramientas, aparatos y equipos.
- Calibrar todos los controles, indicadores, medidores, etc.
- Identificar, ubicar y mantener todas las válvulas de cierre.
- Pedir, marcar y almacenar partes y suministros según sea necesario.
- Gestionar y controlar el inventario y registro de pedidos de compra.
- Inspeccionar las herramientas, equipos o máquinas.
- Insertar y buscar información relacionada con el trabajo usando computadoras.
- Operar la carretilla elevadora.
- Completar la lista de verificación de seguridad de vida, incluso la prueba de funcionamiento de la bomba de incendio, y la prueba de funcionamiento del generador.
- Inspeccionar las válvulas de rociadores contra incendios y los sistemas de alarma.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de los protocolos de respuesta ante accidentes y/o desastres.
- Responder y resolver a las solicitudes de reparación de los huéspedes.
Aptitudes Deseables
- Educación: Título expedido por una escuela técnica, de oficios o vocacional.
- Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: Al menos 2 años de experiencia como supervisor.
