Role Overview
Focus to build competent engineers in both technical & professional and guide them to meet & exceed their performance metrics to support Flowserve organization. Provide guidelines to the individual contributors in GTEC & manage them effectively to achieve business targets. Have strong collaboration with global business units engineering leaders; understand their needs and expectations drive the GTEC team to deliver the same. Support GTEC leadership to drive performance culture within their team and extend the mentoring process to the associates. Manage and lead by example to inspire the team to grow in Flowserve with strong engineering & technical capabilities. Ensure to adapt to Flowserve culture and meet the requirement of leadership and functional competencies.

Role Summary

Ensure to adapt to Flowserve culture and meet the requirement of leadership and functional competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct, direct, motivate and monitor the performance of all team members. Supervising day-to-day activities and work of team members, job allocations based on their skill sets.
- Management of all engineering and supporting activities for the global business units and make sure the technical fulfilment & engineering projects are met, effective utilization of available resources.
- Encourage business unit to give feedback on submitted assignments and perform the root cause analysis for the delayed submissions & quality errors.
