Position details
Engineering and Facilities role located at Marriott Executive Apartments on Al Barsha 1 Street in Dubai.
The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
The position is classified as non-management.
Engineering and maintenance
- Install, maintain, perform preventive maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters and identify and operate shut-off valves.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies and maintain inventory and purchase order logs.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines and enter work-related information using computers.
- Operate power lifts and complete life-safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems and assist with disaster response protocols.
- Respond to and attend guest repair requests.
Supervision and service
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies and report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, and injuries.
- Complete safety training and certifications and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
