Role Purpose
Lead and supervise the Auxiliary Seal System Order Engineering team responsible for technical execution of engineered seal support system orders.
Translate customer and business-unit requirements into accurate, compliant, manufacturable and cost-effective engineering deliverables.
Provide technical and people leadership across design, documentation, manufacturing support, global coordination and order closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution from technical handover and requirements review through design release, manufacturing support, documentation and closeout.
- Plan, assign, prioritize and monitor engineering work based on order complexity, schedule, capability and capacity.
- Ensure systems, piping, instrumentation, components and documentation meet contractual, technical, safety, quality and manufacturability requirements.
- Coordinate with global functions, business units, suppliers and customers to resolve technical and schedule issues.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, implement recovery actions and communicate status and escalations.
- Control revisions, customer comments, technical deviations, approvals and engineering records.
- Promote customer-focused execution and required quality and delivery performance.
