Supervisor / Engineer for MEP and Air Conditioning

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and workers, plan daily activities, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain safe and efficient work.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clients, facility management teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project or operations teams.
• Monitor tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials and maintain proper records.
• Prepare daily work, maintenance, service, quotation, site inspection, technical recommendation, and material requirement reports.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Inspect completed work, verify quality and workmanship, support handover, and train technicians and junior staff.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide professional technical support at site.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person at project and client sites.
• The role may require attendance at emergency breakdown call-outs.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

Requirements

• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily MEP and HVAC maintenance activities at project and client sites.
• Ability to lead and monitor technicians and workers while maintaining safe and efficient work.
• Experience carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC systems, FCUs, AHUs, chilled water systems, pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues.
• Ability to prepare work, maintenance, service, and material requirement reports.
• Knowledge of HSE, safety procedures, company policies, and site regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, facility management teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and operations staff.
• Ability to train, guide, and support technicians and junior staff.
