Your Impact
Reporting to the Superintendent, Fixed Plant, an excellent opportunity exists for a driven and safety-focused team member to step into the role of Electrical Supervisor in our Fixed plant Maintenance Department. This position offers a chance to lead by example and foster a team aligned with Newmont’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Sustainability, Inclusion, and Responsibility. Your leadership will help foster a proactive, safety-first maintenance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
As part of our team, you will
Lead the planning and execution of underground electrical maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all statutory and operational standards.
