Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site operations for interior fit out projects
- Ensure work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Plan and coordinate tasks for on site teams
- Monitor progress against schedules and resolve operational issues
- Liaise with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review work quality and verify compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare basic site reports and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising interior fit out or construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving mindset with ability to react quickly to site issues
- Previous experience in interior design, interior fit out, or related construction fields in the Middle East, preferably in Doha or Qatar
- Working knowledge of basic project management principles and familiarity with MS Office and site documentation tools
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site full time and adapt to changing priorities
