You're a safety-focused and people-oriented leader with strong underground mining experience and a proven ability to build capable, high-performing teams. You enjoy working collaboratively with operational and technical stakeholders, balancing production outcomes with a strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Relevant Shift Supervisor competencies (S1, S2, S3) or equivalent statutory certification, along with current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid driver's licence

Significant experience in underground hard rock mining, including leadership experience within a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of underground development practices, ground support, mining services, and statutory mining requirements

Demonstrated leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to influence, develop and motivate teams

Sound problem-solving, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, supported by experience using mining and reporting systems such as INX, Pronto and Microsoft Office.
