Position Summary

Guest and Operations Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant hotel departments to resolve guest calls, requests, and problems.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Prioritize and resolve outstanding requests from the previous day.
• Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
• Notify Loss Prevention or Security of guest reports of theft.

Team and Service Standards

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy process.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, use appropriate telephone etiquette, and maintain positive working relationships.
