About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Process & Utility commissioning activities for offshore oil & gas facilities
- Ensure process and utility systems are safely pre commissioned, commissioned, tested, started up, and handed over
- Act as field execution focal point directing commissioning technicians, operators, vendors, and contractors
- Supervise daily commissioning activities for assigned process and utility systems
- Execute commissioning activities for offshore Wellhead Towers and associated production facilities
- Support commissioning of pipeline systems associated with subsea developments
- Participate in leak testing, dewatering, pigging, and line commissioning activities
- Review commissioning check sheets and test records
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) or equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in offshore project
- Proven offshore commissioning and startup experience
- Experience in commissioning Offshore platforms, Wellhead Towers, Jackets and topsides, Brownfield offshore facilities
- Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background
- Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Process & Utility commissioning activities for offshore oil & gas facilities including Wellhead Towers, offshore platforms, subsea pipeline developments, and brownfield modification projects.
- Ensure process and utility systems are safely pre commissioned, commissioned, tested, started up, and handed over to Operations.
- Act as field execution focal point, directing commissioning technicians, operators, vendors, and contractors.
- Supervise daily commissioning activities for assigned process and utility systems.
- Ensure commissioning activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and schedules.
- Monitor work progress and report commissioning status to Commissioning Lead or Manager.
- Execute commissioning activities for offshore Wellhead Towers and associated production facilities.
- Verify process and utility interfaces between WHTs and central processing facilities.
- Support commissioning of pipeline systems associated with subsea developments.
- Participate in leak testing, dewatering, pigging, and line commissioning activities.
- Execute commissioning activities during shutdown and tie in campaigns.
- Support system cutovers and facility modifications.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
- Proven dedicated experience in offshore commissioning and startup experience.
- Experience in commissioning Offshore platforms, Wellhead Towers (WHTs), Jackets and topsides, Brownfield offshore facilities.
- Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
- Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
