Supervisor, Client Services

In this leadership and supervisory role, we are seeking someone who:

Human resource management practices including supervisory skills and techniques; and

Case management and theoretical frameworks related to community inclusion and citizenship.

You will have the ability to:

Lead and coach a diverse group of professionals that results in a team that can meet it goals and objectives, while maintaining a healthy productive and respectful work environment;

Analyze trends and issues related to client service gaps, identify options and solutions, and make recommendations consistent with Ministry goals to meet client needs;

Influence, persuade or convince others in order to reach mutually acceptable and workable resolutions/agreements;

Verbally and in writing, communicate relevant information at a level appropriate to the audience;

Plan, organize, prioritize and assign a high volume and diverse workload in a competing and conflicting environment;

Develop, implement and monitor adequate financial administration and controls to ensure financial integrity and effective delivery of service;

Work independently and as a contributing member of a variety of teams to consistently meet goals and address client needs; and

Recognize symptoms of stress in self and other and take steps to minimize its impact in order to ensure good health and well-being.
