The Real Assets Fund Services group is seeking a Supervisor to join the Yardi Onboarding Team.

This specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Assets investment management operations, as well as the processes and technologies that support those functions.

The Yardi Onboarding Supervisor will be responsible for executing accounting and reporting setup, systems configuration, related data migration to start formal client operations, and providing Yardi technical support to the business.

This position will work closely with our Client Onboarding and Yardi Support Teams to drive efficiencies within our global onboarding model.

The Supervisor must demonstrate leadership skills in coaching, motivating team members and dealing with clients and counterparts in other groups.

The successful candidate will be expected to learn and develop expertise in all aspects of the on-boarding process and system configuration, as well as participating in firm-wide initiatives and thought leadership.
