Supervisor - Logistics and Maintenance
Accolade Electronics is recruiting experienced supervisors for logistics and maintenance teams.

Location

Logistics Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise finished-goods dispatches according to customer schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and customer service, production, quality, packing, purchasing, stores, and finance teams.
- Verify quantity, packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and support on-time delivery.
- Escalate shortages, dispatch delays, and inventory discrepancies.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives.
Logistics Qualifications
- Any graduate with 3–4 years of relevant logistics or warehouse operations experience is required.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience handling PCBs, electronic components, finished goods, and production material flow is preferred.
- High-volume manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Exposure to customer-specific packaging, labeling, and dispatch requirements is desirable.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Maintain equipment availability and restore breakdowns quickly.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, records, spares, and technical documentation.
- Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, and breakdown trends.
- Implement root-cause analysis, corrective actions, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.
- Support new-machine installation, commissioning, and qualification.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, clean-room, electrical-safety, ESD, 5S, and statutory requirements.
Maintenance Skills
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, sensors, drives or VFDs, SMPS, and soldering or rework equipment.
- Experience with compressors, HVAC or utilities, facility maintenance, basic automation, SAP or ERP, and MS Office.
- Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronics maintenance legal requirements.
Maintenance Qualifications
- A Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 5–6 years of relevant maintenance experience is required.
- Automotive electronics manufacturing experience is required.
