To be considered for this position you must be aged 18 years or over, have at least 12 months’ previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment, along with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in successfully leading a team.

You’ll be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success.

Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

A clear understanding of working towards KPI`S including cash management.

Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising skills and a knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance.

Ability to build long lasting relationships with all customers.

Fresh ideas to drive business.

You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role (Full training will be provided).
