Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the supermarket
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including grocery, fresh food, cashiering, and stock management
- Monitor store cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays according to company standards
- Implement operational procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to achieve performance targets
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when necessary
- Resolve staff issues and maintain a positive working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment
