You will lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Taylor Air Separation Plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while achieving business objectives. Direct, develop, and support plant teams by setting goals, promoting accountability, delegating responsibilities, providing coaching and performance management, and driving operational excellence. Create and execute operational plans, priorities, process improvements, and productivity initiatives that optimize plant performance, reliability, and product supply. Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, permitting, product quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline and safety excellence. And you will lead Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives while managing plant fixed and variable costs, monitoring financial performance, and developing action plans to address deficiencies. Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to build a cohesive management team and achieve operational, financial, and organizational goals.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required. Minimum 2 years of operations experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial gas, chemical, or related industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to lead operational activities, drive project execution, and manage both strategic and tactical initiatives. Proven leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. You have strong focus on reliability, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and achieving business objectives. Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive operational performance and accountability.
