Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and construction experience.
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including 3 or more years serving as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership role.
Experience managing commercial, industrial, electrical, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, project scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control practices.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
Knowledge of applicable building, electrical, safety, and construction codes and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with construction technology, Microsoft Office, and project documentation systems.
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
Experience working on data centers, industrial facilities, energy projects, electrical infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
Journeyman-level trade experience or technical construction background.

Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and construction-related hazards.
Periodic office work involving project planning, reporting, and coordination.
Frequent walking across active construction sites, climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain, and conducting field inspections.
Travel requirements: up to 25% of time, depending on project location.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
