About the Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in the construction or industrial sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical and instrumentation work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of safety.
