Trial methodology and crop production techniques

Pest identification and management

Operation of small plot equipment

Communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Safe and healthy work practices in agricultural research

Support the research program to develop agricultural solutions for Canadian growers

Plan and execute field experiments at BASF research farms

Summarize and present research findings

Collaborate with a hardworking and detail-oriented team

Currently enrolled in an agriculture science or related degree/diploma program (e.g. environmental science, biology, agronomy, soil science)

Enthusiastic and committed to gaining experience in field research

Strong communication and leadership skills

Understanding of agricultural practices and farm equipment is an asset

Valid driver’s licence required

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $25 - $32. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
