The Records and Information Management (RIM) Technology team, within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), supports technology solutions that help manage and maintain enterprise records and information.
The team works with business and technology partners to support system integrations, data movement, operational processes, and technology implementations associated with the Records Management System (RMS).
The Summer Associate will work alongside engineers, analysts, and technology professionals to support testing, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and project-related activities.
This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise technology environments, data integration processes, and Agile ways of working while contributing to meaningful project work.
Potential projects may include:
- Supporting data ingestion and validation activities for the Records Management System (RMS).
- Assisting with testing and troubleshooting data transfers, integrations, and system configurations.
- Reviewing system outputs and logs to help identify and resolve issues.
- Creating or updating technical documentation, process guides, and operational procedures.
- Supporting project teams with validation activities and operational readiness efforts.
Project scope may vary based on business priorities, but the Summer Associate will gain exposure to enterprise technology operations, system integration processes, and project delivery practices while working alongside experienced technology professionals
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027.
Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
