The Security Strategic & Ops Analytics team supports business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports.
The team uses innovative data analytic techniques to drive efficiency in Fraud Operations and highlight opportunities for the Fraud Detection team.
Potential Summer Associate projects may include:
Build out a centralized risk assessment dashboard that provides a comprehensive, 360-degree view of a member's or applicant's risk profile.
Users can search to instantly view consolidated risk indicators from across multiple fraud, identity verification, and security monitoring systems.
Build a proactive ID Theft dashboard to highlight detection opportunities for countermeasure creation.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027.
Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
