Role Overview

Location and Employment

• The role is located in Pune.
• Employment type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and implement one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation.
• Execute SIT and UAT and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate on interfaces with SAP S/4HANA, payroll, and third-party HR systems.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and change request implementation.
• Follow SuccessFactors best practices and release management processes.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
• Strong configuration experience in multiple modules, with Employee Central, Benefits, and Onboarding as minimum requirements.
• Experience with business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions.
• Experience with SuccessFactors reporting and data management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Additional modules include Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development, and Learning Management System.
• Preferred technologies include Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, OData APIs, SAP Identity Authentication, and HR analytics or Story Reports.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
• Work Zone or SAP BTP exposure is desirable.
