- Spearhead planning, engineering development, and execution of subsea and DSV operations
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conduct technical studies and prepare/implement/execute/close detailed work procedures
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and control project budgets
- Support planning process to optimize scopes and manage prioritization
- Deliver activities within budget and explore opportunities for value improvement
- Provide leadership and manage activities with integration across teams
- Actively pursue improvement opportunities in new technology, methods, and materials
- Embed safety leadership culture for self, team members, and contractors

Requirements
- Hold a degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering or ocean engineering
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience in a similar position with duties including engagement in diving operations
- Experience in leadership or managerial role
- Comprehensive understanding of Subsea Operations
- Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating diverse teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure
