About the Role
NewVision Upstream is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to enhance functional capabilities of nv.design, nv.EBS, and other platform solutions.

Responsibilities
- Enhance and improve the functional capabilities of nv.design, nv.EBS, and other NewVision Platform solutions
- Collaborate closely with the CPO, business analysts, software developers, and the UI/UX team to bring innovative ideas to life
- Participate in the development and execution of the roadmap for nv.design and nv.EBS solutions
- Engage in presales, pre project surveys, proof of concepts, and consulting projects as an ESP SME
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an ESP Application Engineer
- Proven experience as a Production Technologist responsible for ESP performance and control during well operations
- Proficiency in associated role software and real time well performance monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of the physical and mathematical principles of well and AL behavior (PVTs, correlations, anomalies)
- A modern mindset, creativity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
