The Subcontracts Manager will lead the development, negotiation, administration, and management of complex subcontracts supporting Hanwha Defense USA’s production, engineering, and service‑related defense programs. This manager will serve as a key member of the Procurement organization, responsible for subcontract strategy, supplier engagement, compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, and ensuring subcontractor performance across U.S. and international suppliers.
This role begins as an individual contributor with the expectation of future team growth as HDUSA expands its defense manufacturing and program portfolio.
