The CLCM is integrated into the System Program Office (SPO) and contracted to deliver through-life asset management of Products being supported (PBS). The CLCM performs asset, sustainment and engineering functions to optimise availability and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and minimise risk through life of the PBS. The CLCM works collaboratively via the SPO with Regional Maintenance Centre’s (RMC) to plan maintenance activities and installation of capability upgrades. The CLCM works collaboratively via the SPO with the Design Services Contract (DSC) to plan and execute engineering changes and services. The CLCM delivers functions against the contract scope across the Asset Class Enterprise to support Defence Maritime Capability.

KBR is seeking a proactive and commercially focused Subcontracts Administrator to support the delivery of our ACS CLCM Maritime Sustainment Program in Sydney.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will assist in the management of subcontract and supplier agreements, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining contractual compliance.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support subcontract administration, contract compliance, commercial reporting, negotiations and risk management activities.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while helping ensure project activities align with KBR's policies, governance requirements, and best-practice contract management standards.
Possess a relevant recognised tertiary qualification in Business, Legal, Finance or similar, or demonstrate relevant professional experience
Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in Defence and Commonwealth Government finance and contracting policy and practices
Experience in financial planning, pricing, planning, billing procedures and subcontract administration
Have an understanding of the compliance requirements with export controls and the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is desirable
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain spreadsheet models
Experienced user of MS Office products
Higher degree
Experience with SAP
Change management experience
