Standard Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Managment for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf, performance specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
What You Will Be Doing As part of the Subcontract Management team you will be responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex subcontracts, leading multifunctional teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate risk subcontracts.
Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.
Administer awarded subcontracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
