KinraLab is a styling intelligence platform that helps women uncover their personal style identity and express it through what they wear.
Our approach combines a proprietary styling methodology with technology that turns that methodology into practical tools: identity discovery, wardrobe analysis, and personalised curation.
We're Dubai based and founder led.

This is a foundational role for someone who wants to help shape how KinraLab grows and reaches the women we're building for.
You'll own how KinraLab shows up to its community the content, the stories, and the relationships that bring people to us and keep them close and you'll be accountable for our customer growth.
You'll work closely with the founder, who leads the brand's voice, and bring your styling expertise to how we build our community and bring our methodology to life.
It's part styling, part storytelling, part community building strategic and hands on at once.
It starts part time, with real scope to grow, if both sides see a good fit.

A personal stylist with genuine taste and a point of view, who has built their own following or client base.
You're flexible, curious, and comfortable learning and working within our approach.

Own and grow KinraLab's content and community presence, in our voice and to our strategy.
Build and nurture a community of women and stylists around KinraLab.
Source and shape real woman content and stories.
Take accountability for our customer growth.
Apply your styling expertise to bring our methodology to life across content and community.

2+ years of personal styling experience working directly with women in the UAE.
A track record of building and growing your own following or client base (we'll want to see it).
Strong visual taste and the ability to work to a defined brand approach.
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and being accountable for outcomes.
Flexibility to learn and adopt our methodology and ways of working.
Based in Dubai, available part time.

Part time, ~2 days/week to start, flexible schedule. With potential to grow into a senior or full time role, if both sides see a good fit.
Dubai based.
