Role overview

Supports daily housekeeping coordination at the Marriott property in Riyadh.

Acts as a liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

The position is full time, onsite, and non-management.

Core responsibilities

  • Run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, and prioritize room cleaning.
  • Update departing-room status and ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the required time.
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff.
  • Record and monitor Do Not Disturb rooms and assign rush rooms when needed.
  • Document and resolve discrepant-room issues with the Front Desk.
  • Complete housekeeping paperwork and enter work-related information using computers.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects up to 10 pounds.

  • The role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is not remote.
  • Follow company, safety, and security policies and report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and use clear professional language.
  • Welcome guests, address service needs, maintain quality expectations, and support positive team relationships.
